To whom it may concern,
I had the good fortune and privilege of getting to know the team of brokers at Remax Plante-Tremblay when I sold my property at 33 Chemin des Montagnes in Sainte-Anne-des-Lacs.
Together, they guided me through every step of the complex process of selling a home and the concerns that come with it.
Given my limited availability due to my busy schedule, they took charge of their mandate with determination and intelligence at every stage of the marketing and sale process: visits, inspections, certificate of location, notary, etc.
I would like to thank them for their professionalism, dedication, and kindness. In doing so, they successfully sold it in record time, in a spirit of harmony, even though my property had been on the market for several years. Their presence was not only effective, but also particularly reassuring and comforting: selling a property filled with memories and joy is at once a separation, a stage in life, and a form of mourning. Always available and taking the lead at every stage, attentive, 100% honest and never hiding or distorting the facts, as well as being skilled psychologists(!), they were true partners and even companions. I’m going to miss them!
For all these reasons, I highly recommend them.
